How to delete your account

Option 1: From within the app

Open SoulChart → Go to Settings → Tap Delete Account → Confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: By email

Send an email to support@soul-chart.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Request Account Deletion

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your account information (email, display name, username)
• Your birth data (name, date of birth, time, and place of birth)
• All journal entries (mood ratings, emotions, energy levels, notes)
• All saved readings and combined readings
• Your friends list and saved profiles
• Compatibility analyses
• Notification preferences and FCM tokens
• Your premium subscription entitlement record

What data may be retained

• Anonymized analytics data — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for product improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you.
• Subscription billing records — Google Play manages subscription billing independently. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play to avoid future charges.

Important notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
• If you have an active premium subscription, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it first via Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
